Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/HCM Consultant to work remotely with EST time preferences. Travel is 10–25% to Newtown Square, PA and client locations.

You will implement, configure, and support EC and HCM Payroll, integrate with SAP HCM, gather business requirements, and support testing and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience across Private Cloud and Public Cloud, with certification prep for Public Cloud if not yet certified;

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Public Cloud.
• Public Cloud certification or willingness to obtain.

Travel: 10–25% (SAP Office – Newtown Square, PA & client locations)

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Manage payroll processes, time management, organizational management, personnel administration, and benefits.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM/Payroll and third-party applications.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end HR solutions

Eligibility

• US Citizen, Green Card Holder, Canadian Citizen
• Strong H1B candidates may be considered

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with both SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Public Cloud
• SAP Public Cloud experience is highly preferred
• Candidates without Public Cloud experience must be willing to obtain SAP Public Cloud certification before joining
