Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) HR Architect for a remote role. You will design and oversee end-to-end HR technology systems aligned with business goals, focusing on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations.

You will lead integration across SAP ECC HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) and cloud platforms, govern data privacy, and mentor teams through architecture roadmaps and workshops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• 3–5 years in a senior or architectural role.
• Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, HR, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and optimize end-to-end SAP HCM architectures aligned with business goals.
• Lead integration projects across on-premises and cloud platforms (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors).
• Ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance, governance, and security standards.
• Mentor functional teams, run discovery workshops, and define transition roadmaps.
