Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Customer Operations, Order Management, or ERP support.
• Experience with SAP implementations is desirable.
• Strong Excel and data handling abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation and OTC processes.
• Document current BC processes and assist with SAP workflows.
• Coordinate with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Validate data mapping and testing against master data.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post go-live hypercare.
• Create training materials and SOPs.
