Job summary

System One, Inc. invites a Customer Ops Coordinator to support the transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP. This remote role focuses on coordinating Customer Operations during ERP implementation, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Customer Operations or ERP support, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. This contract position offers a remote work model.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP support, or a related field.
• Experience supporting ERP implementation, migration, testing, system adoption, or process improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ERP processes supporting sales orders and order-to-cash; SAP exposure is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and comfort working with operational data.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP implementation activities across process design, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
• Assist in documenting requirements and communicating updates between operational users and SAP resources.
• Participate in SIT/UAT/regression testing and create test scripts covering master data, orders, pricing, and invoicing.
