Job summary

3M is seeking an OTC IT SAP Functional Lead / Product Owner to drive SAP Order Management and fulfillment initiatives. You will own the OTC backlog, translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and partner with business and IT teams to deliver improvements in processes and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP S/4HANA Order Management expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage work via Jira, coordinating with offshore resources and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Eight (8) years of SAP functional experience in varied environments (private/public/government/military).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Order Management & Fiori expertise; strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Order Management and Fulfillment functional initiatives.
• Own and prioritize the OTC product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Support JIRA & Scrum activities including sprint planning, testing and releases.
• Coordinate testing activities (PIT, UAT, regression).
• Prepare Functional Specifications and support technical developments.
