Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support SAP BAU initiatives with a focus on OTC enhancements. This remote role engages across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to drive delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.

You'll partner with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams, manage backlogs and milestones, and lead cross-functional collaborators while ensuring security, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of IT experience with significant technology project management.
• Prior SAP project management experience with understanding of SAP technology, integrations, and related requirements.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle tools preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow or SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams to define and manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Establish and manage project plans across schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
• Identify dependencies across workstreams, determine critical path, and communicate key tasks and milestones.
• Identify variances to plan and develop mitigation or corrective action plans with project team members.
• Monitor deliverables against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and elevate concerns with impact statements and options.
• Identify, document, communicate, and manage risks throughout the lifecycle, securing stakeholder alignment on responses.
• Engage stakeholders at the appropriate level and cadence to enable timely decisions and issue resolution.
