Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager to support SAP BAU initiatives with a focus on OTC enhancements. The role will manage end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, including planning, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of IT project management experience.
• Experience in SAP project management and integrations.
• Experience with security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/life sciences) preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• PMI certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage backlog, priorities, and delivery plans with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams.
• Create and maintain project plans for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Identify dependencies, critical paths, and communicate milestones.
• Develop mitigation plans for variances and escalate issues with options.
• Monitor actuals against budget and raise budget risks.
• Document risks, secure stakeholder alignment, and drive risk responses.
• Engage stakeholders to enable timely decisions and issue resolution.
• Tailor communications to audiences and provide concise updates.
• Maintain status reports, RAID logs, forecasts, and change requests.
• Mentor others on project management practices and improve delivery.
