Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a remote, contract-to-hire engagement to support SAP BAU OTC enhancements. You will lead end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, with backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and budget tracking for SAP OTC/RTR/PTP/PTD initiatives.

The role requires strong SAP project management experience, security/compliance familiarity, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Seven or more years of IT experience with significant technology project management.
Prior SAP project management experience with understanding of SAP technology, integrations, and related requirements.
Experience supporting security, compliance, and identity/access management projects.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred.
Experience with Jira or similar Agile lifecycle tools preferred.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams to define and manage backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans.
Establish and manage project plans across schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate.
Identify dependencies across workstreams, determine critical path, and communicate key tasks and milestones.
Identify variances to plan and develop mitigation or corrective action plans with project team members.
Monitor deliverables against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and escalate concerns with impact statements and options.
Identify, document, communicate, and manage risks throughout the lifecycle, securing stakeholder alignment on responses.
Engage stakeholders at the appropriate level and cadence to enable timely decisions and issue resolution.
Tailor communications to audience needs and synthesize information into concise, actionable updates.
Maintain accurate artifacts including status reports, RAID logs, schedules, forecasts, decision logs, change requests, and communication plans.
