Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master / Project Manager for a remote contract-to-hire role focused on SAP OTC initiatives. You will lead end-to-end delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models, managing backlog, schedules, budget, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in IT project management, SAP project management experience, and strong communication and risk-management skills. Experience in life sciences or regulated industries is preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years IT project management experience.
SAP project management experience with SAP tech and integrations.
Experience with security, compliance, and IAM projects.
Experience in life sciences, pharma, or regulated industries preferred.
Experience with Jira or similar tools preferred.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
PMI/CSM/PMI-ACP or related certs preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow or SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with SAP OTC, RTR, PTP, and PTD teams to define and manage backlog and delivery plans.
Establish and manage project plans across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Identify dependencies and communicate critical path and milestones.
Monitor progress and escalate budget and risk issues with options.
Maintain artifacts: status reports, RAID logs, schedules, forecasts, and change requests.
Mentor others on project management practices and tools.
