Job summary

MyWave.ai is seeking a commercially driven Partner Director to own SAP ECC and S/4HANA partnerships across the East Coast USA and EMEA. Based in the USA (East Coast time) with remote work, you will drive joint pipeline, enablement and revenue through SIs and GSIs.

You will manage partner relationships, coordinate with Presales and CoE teams, and represent MyWave at SAP events and customer meetings in the US and EMEA.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior partner/alliance roles in enterprise software.
• Established SAP ecosystem knowledge in NA and EMEA.
• Experience selling with SAP programs (RISE, GROW, PartnerEdge).
• Ability to own targets, forecast, and close enterprise opportunities with partners.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-sourced revenue, pipeline, forecasts and partner performance for SAP ECC and S/4HANA partners across East Coast USA and EMEA.
• Build and run joint go-to-market plans with each partner's SAP practice.
• Align with SAP field teams on RISE, GROW, and SAP Business AI, and enable co-sold solutions.
• Develop business cases, position agents, shape terms and SOWs, and share accountability for outcomes.
• Manage full partner lifecycle from qualification to onboarding, enablement and growth.
