Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions seeks a Director, SAP Transformation Solutions to lead presales, go-to-market and strategy for ECC to S/4HANA migrations in the United States. You will guide customers through migration options and position our portfolio to grow SAP footprints.

The role partners with Account Executives, Solution Advisors and delivery teams to shape offerings, lead executive workshops and ensure strong sales-to-delivery handoffs, with an AI-first mindset across presales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years SAP experience, ECC to S/4HANA transformation.
• Experience advising customers on migration options.
• Presales, solutioning or business development for SAP sales pursuits.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation.
• AI tools adoption mindset and experience.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, shape and win ECC to S/4HANA opportunities with customers and prospects.
• Explain move to S/4HANA, expectations and preparation requirements.
• Present migration options and recommend best-fit solutions.
• Lead executive workshops, roadmap sessions and customer presentations.
• Lead presales responses to RFPs and proposals with clear narratives.
• Collaborate with Delivery to align estimates and ensure smooth handoff after win.
