Job summary

MYWAVE.ai is seeking a hands-on Partner Manager to recruit, onboard and enable SAP-focused partners across EMEA from a remote location. You will work closely with the VP Partnerships to turn partner relationships into active selling teams and revenue, starting with SAP resellers, SI and consultancies.

You will manage onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning, while driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in partnerships, channels or alliances within enterprise software/ERP/cloud.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding and enabling partners with clear actions and results.
• Measurable revenue generated through partners, including first deals and repeat business.
• Active relationships with SAP resellers, SI or consultancies and ability to engage decision-makers.
• Experience developing joint business plans and selling alongside partners across multiple markets.
• Experience managing commercial targets, a partner pipeline, CRM records and forecasts.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation and organizational skills; able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in agentic AI and intelligent automation with ability to articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and recruit SAP resellers/SI/consultancies across priority EMEA markets.
• Onboard partners with commercial alignment, contracts, launch plans and enablement.
• Build joint business plans with target accounts and revenue goals.
• Activate partners through engagement, campaigns and meetings to reach first revenue.
• Collaborate with partner sales to qualify opportunities and close deals.
• Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and next actions; report on partner performance.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding and the partner programme.
