Job summary

SMX is seeking Mid Level S/4HANA SAP ABAP Developers to support an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project for a large government contract. As a Mid-Level Developer, you will actively participate in every stage of the application lifecycle, from design to deployment and contribute to technical design specifications.

This remote role supports a Washington, DC based customer and requires U.S. citizenship and a DHS Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years SAP ABAP development for mid-level.
• Experience with S/4HANA.
• Public Trust clearance.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DHS Public Trust.
• Experience with Fiori and BTP.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning.
• Ability to self-learn UI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical design specs and develop ABAP solutions.
• Lead or mentor other developers and conduct code reviews.
• Promote maintainable development practices.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
