Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Salesforce SME to help modernize Navy personnel systems and enable data-driven decision making. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, configure Salesforce clouds, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

In this role you’ll work in an Agile environment, develop reports and dashboards, and leverage APIs and integrations to connect systems while maintaining compliance and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring core Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
• Experience with user management, security settings, profiles and permission sets.
• Experience in Agile environments with iterative delivery and backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling including objects, fields and relationships.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED.
