Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Arlington, VA seeks an Oracle HCM SME to help modernize Navy personnel systems and enable enterprise data solutions. You will translate real-world needs into technical specs, design and develop systems, and evolve them with AI, analytics, and cloud-native architectures.

Your work will support HR data governance, security, and mission-focused IT transformation within a Navy context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, and at least one module (Absence, Benefits, Talent or Payroll).
• Experience configuring HCM processes, workflows, approvals and setups.
• Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 HCM production support with cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of HR operations and data structures including worker records, assignments, roles, and security.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS/Math/Eng/Business/Physical Science.
