Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Oracle HCM SME to modernize Navy personnel systems, strengthen data governance, and enable Total Force readiness. You will translate user needs into technical specs, design and develop HR/IT integration solutions, and lead data-driven modernization efforts.

Expect growth into cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support Tier 2/3 operations, and contribute to enterprise data solutions for Navy IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and additional module such as Absence, Benefits, Talent, or Payroll.
• Experience configuring HCM business processes, workflows, approvals, and functional setups.
• Experience providing Tier 2 or Tier 3 HCM production support, coordinating with technical teams.
