Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a SharePoint SME to advance Navy personnel systems modernization and data governance within aTransformation and IT modernization mission space.

You will translate real-world needs into technical specs, design and evolve systems, and explore cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity enhancements while collaborating with HR/IT integration teams to deliver sailor-centered digital personnel solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online or SharePoint Server administration.
• Experience in site configuration, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, views, and metadata.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into SharePoint solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or JSON for basic UI customization and list formatting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and basic Power Automate workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint issues, including permissions, performance, and broken inheritance.
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
