Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead strategic Salesforce implementations across enterprise projects. You will translate complex business requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions, acting as both functional and technical leader for delivery teams.

You will partner with stakeholders to define outcomes, provide effort estimates, and articulate risks and benefits of proposed solutions, while championing best practices and Salesforce platform capabilities

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
Must be proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)/ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations.
Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
