Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead strategic Salesforce implementations, translating complex business requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions. You will lead both functional and technical aspects of enterprise projects, bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities.

You will define outcomes, craft detailed estimates, and communicate risk and value to diverse stakeholders, driving operational transformation across customer operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Proficiency in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis skills including fit-gap analysis between requirements and Salesforce capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience delivering accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with both technical and business audiences.
• Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations.
