You will translate complex business requirements into well-architected, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and serve as both functional and technical leader across projects that drive operational transformation. This remote US role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, accurate effort estimates, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)
• Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories
• Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations
• Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
• Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
• Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions
• Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization
