You will apply deep platform knowledge, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide accurate effort estimates. Remote work is offered with a base salary range described in the posting, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge.
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis and fit-gap analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience delivering effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Ability to define business outcomes and success metrics for implementations.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
• Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
• Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions
• Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization
