Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. You will translate complex business requirements into maintainable architectures and guide cross‑functional teams through successful implementations.

The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce expertise with leadership skills, a strong governance mindset, and a history of enterprise‑scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Strong data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise integration architecture (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, sandboxes).
• Knowledge of identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth) as it relates to Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Architects & Platform Developer II).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with stakeholders.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience (config, customization, development).
• 5+ years in a Solution Architect or senior technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions including data models and security frameworks.
• Lead technical delivery from requirements through deployment with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and govern Salesforce products, AppExchange solutions, and integrations; enforce governance.
• Provide technical mentorship and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
