Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define system architecture, gap analysis, and end-state design.
• Experience leading discovery, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and designs.
• Experience detailing business processes with diagrams and future-state recommendations.
• Strong presentation and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Operates as a team player with multiple work streams and strong listening skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and meet security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the client and guide project direction.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow consulting practices.
• Rationalize and deploy new technologies to increase business value.
• Communicate clearly across levels, from staff to C-suite.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution to closure.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners.
• Redesign program direction and artifacts to keep on track.
• Articulate program strategies enabling Salesforce platform adoption.
