As a functional and technical leader, you will engage with stakeholders and delivery teams across enterprise projects, driving operational transformation while leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices. This remote role is not available in New York City.

Qualifications

• Proven Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge.
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM.
• Strong business analysis and fit-gap analysis skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management across diverse audiences.
• Track record defining business outcomes and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
• Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
• Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions
• Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization
