Qualifications

8+ years IT/consulting experience.
5+ years Salesforce implementation experience.
Proven experience as Salesforce Architect on enterprise deployments.
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and development.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration.
Excellent communication with C-level and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and design for Salesforce transformations.
Conduct discovery workshops translating requirements into architecture.
Design scalable solutions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
Define data models, security, and integration architecture.
Architect integrations with SAP, ERP, middleware and data platforms.
Establish CI/CD and DevOps governance.
Provide architecture oversight for Apex, LWC, Flow.
Lead architecture reviews and risk management.
Support pre-sales activities when required.
