Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Familiar with RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Estimate effort and assess risks for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-domain collaboration skills.
• Define measurable business outcomes and success metrics for implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains.
• Translate requirements into user stories and well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Provide effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
• Define outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions.
• Provide thought leadership to improve customer operations via Salesforce usage.
