Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade Data Cloud solutions for major clients in the US. The role combines deep technical delivery with strategic client engagement, owning architecture and roadmap discussions.

You will mentor a team of architects and engineers while contributing to thought leadership in EPAM's Data Cloud practice. Based remotely in the United States, you will partner with sales on pre-sales, demos, and RFP

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture, analytics, or the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience with identity resolution and segmentation.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong client-facing skills including pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud solutions — ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Design scalable data models, governance frameworks, and integration patterns across real-time and batch pipelines.
• Lead technical integrations across the Salesforce ecosystem and third-party platforms.
• Build and optimize Tableau dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions.
• Define analytics strategies aligned to client use cases — customer 360, marketing performance, sales intelligence.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams on pre-sales, demos, and RFP responses — you move deals forward.
• Act as a trusted client advisor on data transformation strategy and the Salesforce Data Cloud roadmap.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and analysts; contribute to EPAM's Data Cloud thought leadership.
