Qualifications

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
Excellent stakeholder management with diverse audiences, and track record of defining business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple domains.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions.
Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization.
