Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills engaging diverse audiences.
• Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations.
• Strong communication to articulate technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities.
