Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience configuring core Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with standard Salesforce automation tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with user management, security settings, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience working in Agile environments with iterative delivery and backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling including objects, fields, and relationships.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards that support business stakeholders.
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
