Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Colorado Springs is seeking a Business Process Manager to own the Salesforce backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, and collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to deliver scalable platform solutions.

The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to ensure objectives are translated into actionable platform enhancements, driving adoption and continuous improvement across Salesforce, ArrowSphere,

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
Leadership in requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-deployment support.
Ability to influence prioritization across stakeholders and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, demos, and reviews.
Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences.
Manage platform support, release validations, and user adoption initiatives.
Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and design discussions for medium to large initiatives.
Evaluate configuration, automation, and integration solutions aligned with architecture.
Influence prioritization and manage dependencies among business and vendor teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP.
