Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Experience with platform integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Administer Salesforce environments and Experience Cloud, including data integrity and security.
- Lead end-to-end process improvements and governance across Salesforce and related tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
