Job summary

Optizm Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Practice Leader – VP/Director to spearhead the Salesforce Core Clouds practice in a remote role in the United States.

You will drive business development, lead solution consulting, and oversee client engagements across Salesforce clouds, including OMS, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ/RLM. The role demands 5+ years of SI consulting and 10+ years with Sales/Service Cloud, with a proven track record of selling and delivering engagements valued at $1M+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a Salesforce Systems Integrator (SI).
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce OMS, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and CPQ/RLM.
• Proven experience selling Salesforce solutions and services.
• Experience selling and delivering client engagements or projects valued at $1M+.
• Strong leadership, client management, and business development capabilities.
• A passion for delivering value to clients and growing professionally.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
