Job summary

Verista, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the platform and drive process improvements across the professional services lifecycle.

You will own security, sharing, and org-wide configuration, while partnering with business leaders to prioritize enhancements and balance quick wins with long-term scalability. This remote role supports operations globally with occasional travel to the Fishers, IN corporate site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Active Salesforce certification (Platform Administrator/Advanced Administrator/Platform App Builder).
• Expert-level knowledge of Flow, security and sharing, reports & dashboards, data management.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, and releases.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform as lead administrator and SME.
• Set the roadmap with business leaders for enhancements.
• Design solutions using custom objects, Flow, approvals, validation, and Lightning pages.
• Support the PSO lifecycle from opportunity to invoice for projects.
• Administer Certinia PSA modules and align with Finance processes.
• Govern changes, data quality, migrations, and reporting.
• Manage integrations and AppExchange packages with IT.
• Mentor junior admins and drive user training and adoption.
• Stay current with Salesforce and Certinia releases.
