Job summary

XCentium is seeking an experienced Salesforce Practice Leader (VP/Director) to lead and grow our Salesforce Core Clouds practice, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and emerging AI/data solutions.

The role blends business development, solution consulting, and delivery oversight with client relationships and team leadership to drive growth and client success. You will own performance of the practice and collaborate with sales/marketing to win strategic engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with a Salesforce systems integrator (SI).
• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce OMS, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, and CPQ/RLM.
• Experience selling solutions and large engagements.
• Proven track record delivering $1M+ client engagements.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and solutions.
• Strong attention to detail.
