Salesforce Solution Executive / Architect / Practice Manager

Job Title: Salesforce Solution Executive / Architect / Practice Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About Us: We are looking for a well-qualified, results-oriented Salesforce Solution Executive to spearhead growth in our Salesforce business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable defining a growth strategy, leading sales enablement efforts, and engaging with c-suite leaders to understand business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Salesforce practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise in Salesforce, guiding the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Provide guidance regarding the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the practice.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development and expand the Salesforce practice.
  • Collaborate with other practice leaders to identify opportunities for cross-practice solutions that differentiate the market and provide exceptional value to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and leadership roles.
  • Salesforce certifications: Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is required. Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are beneficial.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale Salesforce projects.
  • Results-driven and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration technologies.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
