Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build trusted executive relationships, and orchestrate internal and partner teams to shape and close complex engagements.

Qualifications

Experience selling complex technology consulting or digital transformations to enterprise clients.
Proven track record in Wealth/Asset Management or Banking sales preferred.
Direct collaboration with Salesforce's Financial Services teams is advantageous.
History of acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account and territory strategies across full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expansion in financial-services clients.
Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams to close multi-stakeholder deals.
Build executive relationships and align FormativGroup offerings to client priorities.
Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain pipeline and close plans.
