Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial-services markets.

This individual will own the full sales lifecycle and build trusted executive relationships with Salesforce and internal teams to close complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services to mid-sized/enterprise clients.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
• Proven success acquiring and expanding new and existing clients.
• Record of meeting or exceeding $4-6M annual bookings targets.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder pursuits with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account/territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts within financial institutions.
• Build executive relationships with Salesforce and internal stakeholders to shape and close engagements.
• Lead pursuit strategy and orchestrate resources across opportunities.
• Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with 3-4x coverage.
• Forecast accurately including risks, resource needs, and client developments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure bookings and revenue targets are met.
