Job summary

FormativGroup LLC is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets. This individual contributor will manage the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, and orchestrate internal and partner teams to shape and close multi-million engagements.

You will leverage consultative selling, knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and industry

Qualifications

Experience selling complex technology services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand strategic accounts in financial services.
History of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in the $4-6 million range.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies covering full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking and related financial institutions.
Build relationships with Salesforce executives and partners to shape and close complex engagements.
Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams including industry SMEs, delivery, and legal resources.
Maintain strong forecast accuracy, pipeline, and account plans.
