Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth/Asset Management and Banking. The role requires executive-level relationship building, consultative selling, and leadership across internal and partner teams to close complex consulting engagements.

Remote role with up to 50% travel in the US Northeast preferred; requires authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services.
Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in the $4-6 million range.
Ability to lead multi-stakeholder pursuits with presales, industry, delivery, alliance, and executive resources.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts in financial services sectors.
Build trusted relationships with Salesforce executives and internal partners.
Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across opportunities.
Forecast accurately and maintain a strong qualified sales pipeline.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure bookings and revenue targets are met.
