Zusammenfassung

FormativGroup, LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to shape and close multi-year consulting engagements.

You will blend consultative selling with deep Salesforce Financial Services knowledge to pursue new opportunities and grow existing

Qualifikationen

5+ years selling complex technology consulting, platform implementation, or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
Proven success in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
Experience working with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization and BWAM segment preferred.
Track record of meeting/exceeding $4–6M annual sales quotas.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute targeted account/territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing financial institutions.
Build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Industry SMEs, Solution Engineers, and partners.
Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across opportunities.
Forecasts, pipeline progression, and close plans with discipline.
