Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel and a compensation package that includes base pay and incentives.

You will develop executive relationships inside Salesforce and client organizations, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and win multi-year engagements worth several million dollars while maintaining

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting and digital transformation.
Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or financial services.
Proven track record of $4-6M annual bookings.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services ecosystem preferred.
Ability to lead multi-stakeholder pursuits and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop account and territory strategies across target financial services segments.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.
Lead pursuit strategy with internal and partner resources.
Represent FormativGroup in Salesforce financial services account planning.
Deliver accurate forecasts and manage pipeline within Salesforce.
