Job summary

FormativGroup, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, acquire new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets.

The Senior Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, cultivate executive relationships within Salesforce, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to shape and close multi-million dollar engagements.

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting, platform implementation, or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial-services organizations; Wealth/Asset Management strength preferred.
Experience working with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization and BWAM segment relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across the full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, and related financial institutions.
Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams including presales, industry SME, solution engineering, and delivery.
Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline with 3-4x coverage against annual bookings targets.
Establish account strategies aligning FormativGroup capabilities with client priorities and measurable outcomes.
