Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive for Financial Services to drive growth across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking sectors. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, develop executive relationships, and orchestrate internal and partner teams to close complex engagements.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and the ability to build strategic account plans with strong pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 8+ to 10+ years of success selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated success in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Banking sectors with focus on Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial services markets.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts with high-value, multi-year consulting engagements.
• Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate cross-functional resources to shape and close opportunities.
• Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline and accurate forecasts with clear next steps and dates.
