FormativGroup is seeking a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services who can accelerate bookings and grow strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets. The Senior Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, and orchestrate teams to shape and close complex engagements.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, established Salesforce ecosystem ties, and understanding industry business models.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Proven success selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking.
• Experience with Salesforce's Financial Services sales organization and BWAM segment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding $4-6 million annual quotas.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies spanning the full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth managers, asset managers, banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions.
• Build trusted relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, RVPs, Industry Advisors, Solution Engineers, and partners.
• Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across opportunities.
• Develop account strategies around Wealth/Asset Management priorities and banking opportunities.
• Secure large, multi-year engagements with bookings targets of $4-6 million annually.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with ~3-4x coverage against annual bookings target.
