Job summary

FormativGroup, LLC seeks a Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, win new logos, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related markets.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships within Salesforce and client organizations, lead multi-stakeholder pursuits, and shape complex consulting engagements with a focus on profitability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Experience selling into Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or closely related financial services.
• Proven track record of $4-6M annual bookings with Salesforce relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies spanning full sales lifecycle.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand accounts across financial institutions.
• Lead pursuit strategy and orchestrate cross-functional resources across opportunities.
• Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage against annual bookings target.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and internal teams to align offerings with client priorities.
