Qualifications

• Experience selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation to enterprise clients.
• Proven success in Wealth/Asset Management or Banking segments.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services and BWAM ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies across Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, and related financial services markets.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts while maintaining profitability.
• Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams including presales, delivery, and executives.
• Establish and manage a strong sales pipeline with 3–4x coverage against annual bookings target.
• Provide accurate forecasts and close plans, outlining risks and required resources.
• Collaborate with Salesforce and FormativGroup stakeholders to shape and close complex engagements.
