Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking an accomplished Salesforce Account Executive for Financial Services. You will drive bookings, win new clients, and expand strategic accounts across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking.

The role emphasizes executive relationships, Salesforce ecosystem partnerships, and orchestrating internal and partner resources to close complex engagements. You will leverage consultative selling, industry knowledge, and market priorities to shape opportunities and achieve

Qualifications

8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services.
Proven success in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking or related financial services.
Experience partnering with Salesforce’s Financial Services sales org and BWAM segment preferred.
History of winning major multi-stakeholder engagements and quotas in the $4-6M range.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted account strategies across full sales lifecycle.
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing client relationships.
Lead cross-functional pursuit teams including presales, delivery, and executive sponsors.
Manage forecasts, pipeline, close plans, and risk assessment with discipline.
