Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to accelerate bookings, win new clients, and expand strategic accounts in Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. You will own the full sales lifecycle, cultivate executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex engagements.

You will advance opportunities with consultative selling, leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud expertise while targeting 4–6 million

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales to financial services
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and ecosystem
• Proven ability to close multi-year consulting engagements

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account strategies spanning the full sales lifecycle
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts across wealth management and banking
• Lead pursuit strategy with cross-functional teams and resources
• Build executive relationships with C-suite and Salesforce stakeholders
• Deliver accurate forecasts and manage pipeline progression
