Job summary

ICF is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a phased grants-management platform implementation using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. The role involves engaging government stakeholders, translating needs into user stories, and aiding in agile ceremonies from backlog refinement to release readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT/BA with Salesforce, strong requirements and backlog experience, and familiarity with federal security and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT or business analysis with Salesforce implementation.
• 3+ years gathering requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and mapping processes.
• 3+ years using Agile tools (Jira/Trello) and MS Office.
• Associate's degree required; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Engage government stakeholders to analyze grants processes and define requirements across the lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for configuration-first development.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and document enterprise capabilities and variations.
• Prioritize and refine backlog with stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership.
• Document flows, data needs, integration requirements, and release-readiness artifacts.
• Support integrations with government and legacy systems and user demonstrations.
